Pub walk - releasing creativity

As well as releasing those 'happy' endorphins, walking and talking gets our creative juices flowing! Come and find out for yourself on a non-strenuous walk to and from a pub near Cowbridge - supper is optional. Click through for more details!

This event is being led by VWBN Members Rebecca Exley and Fiona Thomas. Both keen walkers (keen and successful businesswomen too!).   

An event with a difference to help you generate new ideas, maintain a competitive edge – and also release happy endorphins!

People are most open to new ideas and new ways of thinking when they are relaxed – this is why so many people get great insights while outside the office environment. Informal networking is often the best sort of networking – so join us for an interesting, relaxed and very creative evening!   

The only equipment necessary is a pair of boots or trainers – the walk will be non strenuous and take in some interesting bits of history and lovely views. If you don’t feel up to walking, then stay and enjoy summer evening networking at the Bush Inn, St Hilary – with it’s thatched roof and fantastic food.
