A warm welcome to new members who joined us at our (nearly standing room only!) January Event.
It was a fantastic start to the 2008 programme - and a great way to mark the anniversary of the first network meeting in 2002. Since then, the network has evolved to become one of the most successful in Wales and the UK, with our friendly and informal events attracting a membership of 200 at one point!
We now have strong links with other Business Networks, The Welsh Woman of the Year Office, BBC Dragons Den, Local Schools and colleges, Barry Enterprise Centre and the University of Glamorgan.
Our programme of events for this year continues to be as diverse and informative as ever – Jane Hutt AM has been our supportive Patron since 2003, and has invited the Network to the Senydd on Wed Oct 15th. (The guest membership fee for an evening event is £5 and members pay £2.) We also welcome raffle prizes - a good opportunity to sell your business with a taster!
